Frequently Asked Questions

  • There are a couple of things that you can do: 1) Schedule regular maintenance check-ups with your HVAC professional 2) Change your air filters consistently, at least every one to three months.

  • Recent regulations have been put in place to phase out units that utilize R-22 refrigerant equipment. Consult your HVAC professional, but it could be in your best interest and save you money in the long run to replace the system since old replacement parts and the refrigerant will become harder to find and more expensive.

  • It can be very beneficial to replace both systems at once. These systems are manufactured to work in cohesion with one another so when you mix an older unit with a new one, it can result in lower efficiency and performance.
